Eragon Cover Sketch - Saphira by Kurosaki224 Eragon Cover Sketch - Saphira by Kurosaki224
This is a drawing I did of Saphira, Eragon's dragon from Christopher Paolini's awesome series, the Inheritance Cycle. I was just sitting at home over the summer, bored stiff, and then I looked at the cover of Eragon, and decided to see if I could draw it at least semi-recognizably.

Omg thanks! :D
And I'm sure it didn't look that bad! Saphira is always beautiful, no matter the artist who draws her ;)

Saphira
Funny, I'm reading the series right now and when I saw this drawing I smiled thinking of the book ^.^
It's a cool drawing :)
Could you some more shading, make it darker and all..
But its cool :meow:

Thanks! :) Yeah, I could add some more shading, but I think that my scanner lightened it up a lot more than it really is. I've only just learned how to even use it, so there's probably a setting somewhere on there that this tech-unsavvy girl just hasn't found LOL XD

The same thing happens to me! >.<
It makes all my drawings appear lighter than they really are .-.
One option is to edit the already scanned drawing to make it look darker though :)

...I just noticed my typo in the previous comment of mine
I meant to say 'Could ((use)) some more shading, make it darker and all'

That doesn't sound too complicated, I think I'll try that next time I do a drawing. Thanks :)
